Updated Features for Facebook Pages

Those who frequently use Facebook pages will be happy to learn that the social media network has made some changes to the design and features to make Pages easier to use for businesses. The biggest change is that only the Page administrators will be able to see the number of likes a page has; visitors can only see the number of followers. 

Another new feature Pages users will see is that Facebook has updated its management tools to make it easier to find actionable insights, follow trends, and keep up with the news. 

Google Tests Video Carousel for Search Results

Recently, the world’s most popular search engine has begun beta-testing a change to include a video carousel to be displayed in certain searches, showing videos from both Tiktok and Instagram. However, rather than automatically opening the app when users click on the videos as it currently does, it will instead take users to a web version of the application. 

For digital marketing teams, this means that there’s more of an opportunity to display videos in search rankings and highlight their brands. For Google, it means users remain on their search engine longer.
